ABOUT US
Roxan Construction Ltd. is a niche building contractor operating solely in Grand Cayman. We work on interesting residential projects which require technical skill and attention to detail. Our particular specialism is architecturally interesting, daring or luxury projects where precise and sensitive detailing is central to the success of the end product. We undertake new-build projects, renovations and remediation work. Our team has worked on projects which have won acclaim across the island, including Camden House in Rum Point, which won The Governor's Award for Design and Construction Excellence in 2015.
We enjoy excellent working relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers, quantity surveyors, engineers and, of course, the staff at the Planning Department. We also have a developed network within the sector which allows us to draw on the most reliable and skilful artisans and tradespeople.
